This award, created in memory of Lyle Wesley, long time supporter and advocate for the BC community college system, is a College-wide entrance scholarship. It is available to a student enrolling in any one or two year full-time program or course of studies offered by North Island College. The recipient must have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement.
