CRITERIA:
-Applicants are to be Canadian citizens who live in the UCFV geographical area.
-Must have been out of school for at least two years.
-In the process of making either a career change or a transition from home to work.
-Applicants must also show a need for financial assistance to commence studies at UCFV.
