HOLLISTER CRIMINAL JUSTICE ENDOWMENT SCHOLARSHIP

AVAILABLE TO: First preference will be given to a graduating student from a secondary school in the Mission School District who has been accepted to the Criminal Justice program at UCFV. In the event that a suitable candidate is not available in a given year, the award may be presented to a student who resides in the Mission area and is currently enrolled in the UCFV Criminal Justice diploma or degree program.



CRITERIA:



1. Student must have a high grade point average.



2. Recipient will have been accepted into (or enrolled in) the UCFV Criminal Justice program.



3. Applicant will provide a written statement of their intention to pursue studies in the field of criminal justice or criminology, an explanation of why they are interested in this field, and a statement of their future educational and career goals.
