Silver Star Chapter I.O.D.E. Bursary
The Silver Star Chapter, I.O.D.E. will provide, depending on Chapter finances, a $400 bursary for a Kalamalka Campus student. Recipients must complete their first year of full-time study in a university transfer, degree or diploma program at the Kalamalka Campus and must register the following September at any post-secondary institution for the second year of full-time study in their program. Preference will be given to applicants who are children of Chapter members, mature students and who are residents of (in order of preference) Vernon and area, North Okanagan, the Okanagan College region and other areas.
Barbie Ross Memorial Award
Value $1,000. Awarded annually on the recommendation of the Residence University Management and Policy Board to a full-time student in good academic standing who has demonstrated active participation in the affairs of the Carleton University residence community.
Emergency Preparedness for Industry & Commerce Council (EPICC) Bursary
Applications are welcomed from learners enrolled in the Emergency Management Certificate Program only.
The Alumni Faculty Entrance Scholarships
Value: $500/ea. Recipient: one student in each of Sciences/Engineering, Arts (Humanities or Social Sciences), Professional Schools and Management. ROBERT HADDON COMMON CONVOCATION PRIZE
Awarded annually to the student achieving the highest aggregate average in the final year of the B.Sc.(F.Sc.). Value: $1,200.
