Scholarships totaling $40,000 have been endowed through a bequest by Kathleen Karp. The McFarlane-Karp scholarships, valued at $4,000 each, are offered to first year undergraduate students entering the Faculty of Arts, and are made on recommendation of Student Financial Assistance and Awards.
