Conditions: To be awarded annually to a student with satisfactory academic standing entering the fourth year of the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture, Bachelor of Science in Agricultural/Food Business Management or the Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences degree programs in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences. Recipient must have achieved a grade point average of at least 3.0 in the immediate previous year on a full normal course load and have been an Alberta resident for at least the last five years. Recipient will be chosen on the basis of leadership qualities as demonstrated by involvement in extracurricular and community activities. Preference will be given to a student with a demonstrated financial need. Any student already in receipt of one of the other Bar None Scholarships or Awards will not be eligible to receive this Bar None Award in the same year.
