The fellowship is awarded to an outstanding graduate student who is doing work at the Master's or Doctoral level in the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration. The recipient shall be known as the Leslie Wong Scholar. The award is made on the basis of academic standing, personal qualities, and interest and participation in business and community affairs, on the recommendation of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration and in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
