Conditions: To be awarded annually to students with superior academic achievement entering the third or fourth year of the Bachelor of Commerce degree program, majoring in accounting and participating in the co-op program. Students must have completed at least one co-op work placement in an industry placement in accounting during the previous academic year (May to April) and have completed the required work term requirements to be eligible. Recipients will be selected on the basis of superior achievement while on the work term, extracurricular contributions to campus or community and academic standing. Preference may be given to students intending to pursue a career as a Certified Management Accountant, or those with financial need. This scholarship is open to part-time students provided they have completed at least one study term worth a minimum of 15 units of course weight or since last receiving any other academic award.
