Conditions: To be awarded annually to one member of the Golden Bears basketball team and one member of the Pandas basketball team who are entering fourth-year of an undergraduate program or a master's degree student. Selection will be based on satisfactory academic standing (grade point average of 3.0 or higher) and demonstrated community service. Special attention will be given to nominees who are pursuing a career in teaching and/or coaching. Undergraduate students carrying less than a full normal course load will be considered upon accumulating a minimum of 30 units of course weight. If no suitable candidate(s) can be found, no award(s) will be made.
