Conditions: To be awarded annually to undergraduate or graduate students with satisfactory academic standing (a grade point average of at least 2.0 on 18 units of course weight) who are members of a Golden Bears or Pandas athletic team and fulfill all team requirements as determined by the head coach. Recipients will be selected on the basis of academic standing and excellence in their sport. This scholarship is renewable for a further two years provided the recipient maintains a minimum grade point average of 2.0 on a minimum of 18 units of course weight taken during the previous academic year and a practice and training program acceptable to their coach.
