Conditions: To be awarded annually to a member of a Pandas athletic team with superior academic achievement eligible for competition in the year of the award, who is entering the second, third, or fourth year of studies in an undergraduate degree program. Recipient will be selected on the basis of academic standing, athletic ability, and demonstrated exceptional sportsmanship. Preference will be given to athletes entering the fourth year of an undergraduate degree program.
