CGA CONTINUING EDUCATION ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP
AVAILABLE TO: Graduates of the Accounting programs at UCFV. Two awards will be given to graduates from the certificate/diploma program and one from the degree program. Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant.
STIPULATIONS: The scholarship will be applied to first years' tuition on the CGA program. This scholarship is tenable only with the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia and will be in the form of a credit toward CGA tuition fees for the academic year following the award. (The CGA academic year runs from September to June).
Nanaimo Chapter IAAP Award
1 award, $200; available to students in the Applied Business Technology Program at Nanaimo Campus, based on recommendation of instructors, with consideration for achievement, commitment to studies and financial need. No application necessary. Funds issued at graduation.
The English Department Bursary
Value: $500. Recipient: a full-time student entering any year of an English program, on the basis of financial need and Ontario residency as defined by OSAP. Application required.
