Consideration is given to performance in Pharmacy 469 (Professional Practice Clerkship), overall academic achievement and community involvement. The award is made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences in consultation with a representative of the donor.
Selection is based on academic standing in secondary school and/ or post-secondary studies. Other factors may be taken into consideration such as participation in school activities, community involvement and demonstrated leadership qualities.
Community Entrance Awards recognize students who have demonstrated a commitment to school and/or community leadership, the contemporary arts or the sciences. First Nations applicants are encouraged. Minimum average of 80% is required.
