To be awarded to a student who has completed Level I and an additional 73 - 85 units of the Civil Engineering program, or Level I and an additional 110 - 130 units of the Civil Engineering and Management program. Award is based on scholarship Sessional Average of at least 9.5 and evidence of leadership, self-motivation, and practical aptitude appropriate for a future in the construction industry.
