Peta Tancred Prize
Awarded to the graduating student earning the highest CGPA in a Major Concentration, Honours or Joint Honours program in Women's Studies. Established by friends and colleagues to honour Dr. Tancred on the completion of her term in 1996 as Director of the McGill Centre for Research and Teaching on Women. The prize acknowledges her contribution in making the Centre an integral part of the McGill Community. Awarded by the Faculty of Arts Scholarships Committee on the recommendation of the Women's Studies Advisory Committee.
