-Accepted in a recognised graduate programme in the Faculty of Engineering.
Basis of Award:
-The Scholarship is awarded on the basis of the student's academic achievement and on letters of reference. Normally a foreign student is not eligible for this scholarship during the first year of graduate study at the University. In the awarding of this Scholarship the level of other financial support for each applicant will be considered in order to ensure the broadest distribution of scholarship funds.
Preference will be given to applicants in the following order: Applicants from Campbell River, the Comox Valley, Nanaimo/Ladysmith, the Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island North, Port Alberni, or Parksville/Qualicum. Other applicants entering the program.
