Eligibility and Conditions:
-The bursaries is open to students applying directly from high school.
-Students must have a minimum Admissions Average of 80% to the first year of an undergraduate program as of March 15.
-Awards will be made on the basis of financial need, academic standing and character.
-Candidates will be screened for both the Entrance Bursary and entrance awards. A student may hold an Entrance Bursary and Dalhousie Entrance Scholarship (non'renewable and renewable). A student may not hold an Entrance Bursary and a
Dalhousie Residence Scholarship.
-Recipients of the Dalhousie Entrance Bursary must begin full time studies at Dalhousie in the academic year following the date of notification of their awards.
-This award is tenable for one year only. Students in financial need are encouraged to apply to the Undergraduate Bursary Program (available at the beginning of each term).
