lThe Kinsmen Club of Westbank has established this $500 award for a student with a disability to begin or continue attendance at the Kelowna Campus of Okanagan College in any program of study on a full or part-time basis. Recipients must be permanent residents of Brisith Columbia for six months prior to application for this award. Selection will be made by reviewing the financial need of applicants.
