The Kelowna & District Dental Society provides an annual award of $500 for a student enrolled in the Certified Dental Assisting Program at Okanagan College. The recipient must be a permanent resident of the College region, with preference given to a resident of Kelowna, and must intend on pursuing a career as a Certified Dental Assistant. Selection of the award recipient will be based on financial need.
Postings and application forms are forwarded to the Certified Dental Assisting department each year and are made available to eligible students. Completed applications must be received at the Student Services Welcome Centre by the posted deadline date.
