A gift from Mrs. Louise Wiley, Oakville, Ont. in memory of her late husband, Edwin J. Wiley, former principal of Sudbury High School and Registrar at the University. Value: $250. Recipient: a full-time student entering the 3rd year of an Arts or Science program who achieved the highest academic standing in the previous year and is not in receipt of any other scholarship.
