These National Entrance Awards, valued at $6,000 a year for four years, are awarded to full-time students entering Lakehead University upon graduation from high school with a minimum average of 90% in their best 6 Grade 12 U/M courses or equivalent. Selection is based on academic standing in secondary school and/ or post-secondary studies. Other factors may be taken into consideration such as participation in school activities, community involvement and demonstrated leadership qualities.
