Conditions: To be awarded to a student with satisfactory academic standing entering the third or fourth year of studies in a Bachelor of Science program in Forestry or Forest Business Management in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences. Recipient will be selected on the basis of a written essay and demonstrated leadership through involvement in community, professional, or university activities. Preference will be given to aboriginal, visible minority, or students with disabilities who have demonstrated financial need, and who have graduated from a high school serving a Canadian community in which Weyerhaeuser operates. Students who receive a Weyerhaeuser Community Education Leadership Scholarship are not eligible for this award. Award funds will be applied directly towards tuition and fees.
