AVAILABLE TO: A UCFV student studying French who is officially registered in an accredited upper-level French-language program in a Francophone institution. The purpose of the scholarship is to enable UCFV student to acquire upper-level French credits which they can apply to their UCFV degree.
CRITERIA:
1. The student must demonstrate good academic standing.
2. The student must have completed the equivalent of at least two second-year UCFV French Courses. (Some institutions to which students wish to apply this scholarship may have higher eligibility requirements).
3. The applicant must submit:
-A letter of reference from a person qualified to comment on this application
-A brief written statement by the applicant stating his/her career and educational goals in relation to this application.
-Evidence of being accepted into an upper-level French program at an accredited institution.
