STIPULATIONS:
1. The recipient should demonstrate a delight in literature of all genres.
2. The recipient must have maintained a grade point average of 3.5 overall.
3. The recipient must also, in the opinion of English faculty, show great promise as a teacher of literature, either at the secondary or post-secondary level.
