Granted to graduate or undergraduate students in the Applied Sciences Faculty on the basis of demonstrated financial need and satisfactory academic performance. To the extent feasible, preference will be given to a student, or the spouse or child of a person, who is a member of the Telecommunication Workers Union or of Van-Tel Credit Union.
