The scholarship is awarded to a promising candidate from the outlying areas of B.C. entering the second year of the Master of Physical Therapy program. Candidates must have graduated from a B.C. secondary school which is outside of the GVRD. The award is made on the recommendation of the Director of the School of Rehabilitation Sciences.
