Cathy Stratmoen Memorial Scholarship
Awards are made on the recommendation of the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology and Special Education to students in a Diploma or Masters Program in Special Education, with preference for those focusing on Education of the Visually Impaired. In the case of graduate students, the awards are made in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
