A scholarship of $1000 is offered by University Publishers to assist a student in the Faculty of Law. The award is made on the basis of academic standing and participation in the activities of the Law Students Association. The award is made on the recommendation of the Faculty in consultation with the Law Students Association. The financial circumstances of a candidate may be a consideration.
Selection is based on academic standing in secondary school and/ or post-secondary studies. Other factors may be taken into consideration such as participation in school activities, community involvement and demonstrated leadership qualities.
