M. M. Weaver Prize in the History of Medicine
A prize or prizes totalling $1,100, endowed by the late Dr. M. M. Weaver, first Dean of Medicine at this University, is awarded to the student or students in the Faculty of Medicine who submit the best essays on topics in the history of medicine. It is the expressed desire of the donor that the prizes be used by the winners for the purchase of books, selected in consultation with the instructors of the course.
