Physics and Astronomy Graduate Scholarship
Scholarships totalling $7,000 have been endowed for incoming or continuing graduate students at the Masters or Ph.D. level in the Department of Physics and Astronomy. The award is made on the recommendation of the Department on the basis of academic ability and promise.
Department of French Scholarship
Value $200. Awarded annually to an outstanding student entering Second or Third year in a General or Honours program in French.
Coast Realty Award
1 award, $500; for academic achievement and community involvement, available to students returning to any year of the BBA Degree program, in the Marketing option. Apply to Financial Aid & Awards office by April 30. Funds awarded as a tuition credit for the fall term.
Chuck Hee Wong Memorial Award
1 award, $300; available to first or second year History student returning to Malaspina University-College in the Fall. Based on achievement in a second year History course. No application necessary. Funds awarded as a tuition credit for the fall term.
George & Daisy Fraser Awards in Music
2 awards, $500 each; to continuing students in the Music program showing exceptional promise in piano, with a minimum GPA of 6.00 and recommendation of the Music department. No application necessary. Funds awarded as a tuition credit for the fall term.
Bob Jones Silviculture Bursary
1 bursary, $300; available to Forest Resources Technology students who have an interest in silviculture.
BC Council of Garden Clubs Bursary
1 bursary, $500; for financial need; available to Horticultural Technician students with dedication to the field. Apply to Financial Aid & Awards office by March 31.
