Robert Illman Memorial Welding Bursary
The recipient of this award will be a North Island College student who is registered full-time in the Welding program at the Port Alberni Campus. The award will be granted to a student who has demonstrated financial need and has maintained a satisfactory academic and practical achievement in the Welding program.
