This award is available to a continuing (full-time or part-time) student attending the Port Hardy Campus or taking distance courses through the Port Hardy Campus. The student preferably will be taking a university transfer math course or be upgrading their math for this purpose. If there is not a suitable math student, then a student upgrading their chemistry or biology or taking a university level biology course may be considered. Students applying for this bursary must have demonstrated financial need and must have maintained a satisfactory academic standing.
