Ray Hughes Scholarship
This award is to be given to a full-time or part-time student registered in an academic, vocational or technical program entering North Island College's Campbell River Campus. The recipient will have completed Grade 12 or equivalent in School District No. 72 (Campbell River) and must have been under the 'Special Services' umbrella at some time during their school career. The North Island College Adult Special Education Faculty will select the recipient in conjunction with the College-wide Awards Committee.
