The Pioneer Group Inc. Gerontology Prizes (SS)
Two prizes to be awarded (a) one to a full-time student and (b) one to a part-time student, both of whom are graduating from a program in Gerontology who, in the judgment of the Department of Health, Aging and Society, have demonstrated high academic achievement and leadership in extracurricular activities.
Students who wish to be considered for this award are encouraged to submit a resume to the Chair of the Department of Health, Aging and Society by April 15th.
Dr. Doreen (Rowse) Pachal Bursary
To be awarded to an entering student on the basis of financial need and academic merit, who is attending Brandon University from a province outside of Manitoba. Award may not be shared.
BakeMark Canada Award
1 award, $100; for academic achievement, leadership and demonstrated potential in the baking field. No application necessary. Funds issued at graduation.
Bill Juby Award
1 award, $750; for mature part-time students in English or Creative Writing, returning to Malaspina University-College in the fall; based on academic achievement. No application required. Funds awarded as a tuition credit for the fall term.
Finestone Economics Prize
Established in 1982 by Bernard J. Finestone, B.Com. 1941, and sons Brian A. Finestone, B.Com. 1977, and Paul J. Finestone, B.Com 1977. Awarded to a graduating B.Com. student of outstanding merit in the Honours Economics program. Value: $700.

To be awarded to the woman student who has completed Level I and an additional 60 - 85 units of a program in Engineering with the highest Cumulative Average.
The Ontario Association Of Social Workers Prizes (SS)
Two prizes to be awarded to the graduating students, one first degree and one second degree, who successfully completes SOC WORK 4DD6 and attains the highest grade in SOC WORK 4D06 in the same session.

North Island College Faculty Association Bursary
This award, created by the North Island College Faculty Association, is available to a student enrolled in any full-time credit program at North Island College. The student must have a demonstrated financial need and be an entering student.
Helen J. K. Bishop Memorial Bursary
The award is made to a student, either graduate or undergraduate, in the Department of German Studies with preference given to a mature student.
