The John Mayberry Scholarships (E)
One scholarship to be awarded a student who has completed Level II or III of a program in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering who, in the judgment of the Faculty of Engineering, have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement. The recipients must attain a minimum Sessional Average of 9.5 at the most recent Fall/Winter session.

Chien's Cultural Foundation Bursary
A $600 bursary, endowed by the Chien's Cultural Foundation, is offered to a student in Political Science or Economics.
Bonnie Colleen Thurston Memorial Bursary
Bursaries totalling $1,000 are offered to undergraduate students studying Philosophy.
University of British Columbia School of Occupational and Environmental Hygiene Graduate Scholarship
A $2,000 scholarship is offered to a full-time graduate student entering the first year of the Masters degree program in Occupational and Environmental Hygiene. The award is made on the recommendation of the SOEH Director, in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
Leslie F. S. Upton Memorial Prize
It is made to a third or fourth year student majoring in History, Medieval Studies or International Relations (with a history emphasis) who has written the best essay in a competitive examination organized and adjudicated by the History Department before December 15.
Wilda Adams Memorial Scholarship
The award is made to a graduate student in Special Education in the Faculty of Education.
Piteau Associates Dennis C. Martin Memorial Scholarship
The award is offered to a third or fourth year undergraduate student in Geological Engineering and is made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Applied Science.
