Awarded for high academic standing in marine biology courses to an undergraduate student continuing in the B.Sc. program. Preference will be given to students intending to undertake marine biology courses or research at off-campus field stations. If in any year there is not a suitable candidate at the undergraduate level, consideration will be given to graduate students doing research in marine biology.
