To be awarded to the graduating student in the Honours Program, Department of Economics, Faculty of Arts who receives the highest grade in an upper-level required course dealing with advanced economic theory and policy. In the case of a tie, the scholarship will be awarded to the student with the highest Grade Point Average in all economics courses.
