In memory of the late Helene Gravel, cofounder of the Arts d'expression program, this $500 scholarship was donated by the Laurentian University and Theatre Action, and is awarded to a full-time student of the Arts d'expression program. The recipient will have demonstrated dedication and exceptional leadership skills and will have above average academic standing in the theatre arts. The Theatre Action Helene Gravel Scholarship Application form must be presented before January 31 of each year, along with official course transcripts and a letter outlining how the criteria have been met. The recipient is selected by a committee composed of the program coordinator (or a delegate), the manager of Student Awards (or a delegate) and a representative of Theatre Action.
