The Wallace Family Scholarship
Valued at $1,000 and awarded annually to a student entering the second year of the School of Engineering or the School of Commerce and Administration. The scholarship will be awarded on the basis of academic excellence, leadership qualities, and extra-curricular activities, including athletics. Prospective candidates may be required to attend an interview with a selection committee. This award may include, whenever possible, a summer work term with Pioneer Construction Inc. at the completion of year two. Application for In-Course Awards required.

A variable number of scholarships to be awarded to students entering a Level III program in Science who, in the judgment of the Faculty of Science, have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement and leadership.
The Dr. R.A. Thompson Prize In Mathematics (S)
To be awarded to the student who has completed Level I and an additional 60 - 75 units of an Honours program in Mathematics and/or Statistics, who attains a high Sessional Average.

The Harry Waisglass Book Prize (SS)
To be awarded to a student graduating from a program in Labour Studies who, in the judgment of the Committee of Instruction for Labour Studies, has demonstrated outstanding achievement. Value: $50 for books
Orbital Technologies Award in Computer Science
Awards totalling $500 have been endowed by the Shiraz Rajan Family. The awards are made on the recommendation of the Department of Computer Science to outstanding full-time undergraduate students in the Computer Science Program who have demonstrated outstanding community service, with preference to female candidates.
C. L. Wang Memorial Scholarship
The award is made on the recommendation of the Faculty of Graduate Studies to a graduate student from the People's Republic of China, with preference given to a student in Commerce and Business Administration, Engineering or Medicine.
Ron Riddell and Roy Douglas Memorial Scholarship in Mathematics
One award of $250 is offered to an honours student entering fourth year. The other award of $250 is offered to a majors student entering fourth year. The awards are made on the recommendation of the Department of Mathematics.
Alice V. Borden Memorial Prize
The prize is awarded on the recommendation of the Faculty of Education to an outstanding student graduating with the Bachelor of Education (Elementary), whose chief interest is in early childhood education, and who demonstrates excellence in teaching practice.
K. B. Mathur Prize
The prize is awarded, on the recommendation of the Department, to the Chemical Engineering student with the best final oral presentation in his or her undergraduate thesis (CHML 492).
D.C. & H.L. Knigge Scholarship in Nursing
