Up to ten scholarships will be awarded annually to students entering the Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management in the Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs at Carleton University. Scholarships will be awarded when merited to the two students with the highest entrance averages (minimum of 90%) from each of the following five regions: British Columbia and Northern Canada; the Prairies; Ontario; Quebec; and, Atlantic Canada. Valued at $2,000 these scholarships will be in addition to other entrance scholarships offered by the University. Endowed in 2005 by friends of the Arthur Kroeger College of Public Affairs. This scholarship is a member of the Carty Family of Endowments.
