Conditions: To be awarded annually to a student with satisfactory academic standing of at least 3.3. Recipient must have a major in the Humanities and/or Social Sciences and be entering the second year of study in the Faculty of Arts or be transferring to a second-year Faculty of Arts program. The recipient will be chosen on the basis of academic standing and demonstrated financial need. This award is renewable for a further two years based upon the recipient achieving a grade point average of at least 3.3 in each year the award is held.
