Conditions: To be awarded annually to a full-time student with superior academic achievement who has expressed an interest in nutritional welfare of humans entering the second year of studies in the BSc Nutrition and Food Science degree program, majoring in Foods and Nutrition or Nutritional Science. Recipient will be selected on the basis of academic standing on a full normal course load as determined by the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Enviromental Sciences. In the event that no qualified candidate can be found entering the second year, this scholarship will then be open to students entering third or fourth year.
Scholarships are renewable for a maximum of three years on the following basis: 80 - 84.9% = $1,000 85 - 89.9% = $2,000 90 - 94.9% = $2,500 95 - 100% = $3,500
