Brent and Dolores Andressen Award in Water Conservation and Environmental Science
Conditions: Awarded to a student with a minimum GPA of 2.5 entering the third year of a BSc degree program in Environmental and Conservation Sciences in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences who has completed or is enrolled in one or more courses pertaining to water conservation. Recipient will be selected on the basis of demonstrated interest in, and commitment to water and environmental conservation.
The Muir Family Bursary
Awarded to a student entering first year at Brandon University who has academic merit and a financial need. If no suitable student is available, then the bursary will be awarded to a continuing student.
Doctoral Dissertation Bursary
PhD students are able to apply for a Doctoral Dissertation Bursary, valued at $1250 per term. The purpose of the award is to assist less financially advantaged doctoral students off-set the burden of full-time tuition fees while working on their thesis.
