The following individuals are eligible:
-Members in good standing of the AUPE with two years of consecutive service
-Spouses and/or financial dependents (under 25 years of age) of members in good standing of the AUPE with two years of consecutive service
-Dependents of retired or deceased AUPE members (must apply within ten years of the retirement or death)
-Consideration give to past members who enrol within the first year following job elimination
