-First or second semester of any certificate or diploma program
-Preference given to students who have been a "little" in the Big Sisters or Big Brothers or Aunts or Uncles at Large program (proof required)
-Academic proficiency
-Must be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant
-Students who are sons or daughters of current Progress Club members in good standing will also be considered (proof required)
-One award each to a male and a female student
Selection is based on academic standing in secondary school and/ or post-secondary studies. Other factors may be taken into consideration such as participation in school activities, community involvement and demonstrated leadership qualities.
