Faculty of Engineering Scholarships
Five awards valued at $500 each are open to students entering third year of an Engineering programme. The awards are made on the basis of the applicant's academic record at the Associated University or the initial years of Engineering studies at Dalhousie. Application required. Deadline: April 30.
The L.U. French Immersion Scholarships
Value: $500/ea. Recipients: students of Ontario secondary school French immersion programs, based on academic standing. Laurentian University Application for Entrance Awards required.
Canadian Hospitality Foundation Culinary Excellence Award
1 award, $500; available to Culinary Arts students continuing to the last level of the program, for professional promise, demonstrated culinary skills, scholastic work, financial need and extracurricular activities. Department nomination submitted in May of each year.
