Applicants must have been a past or present 4-H member in the Stettler 4-H District, and must exhibit outstanding 4-H achievement and involvement in the district. They must have a grade average of 60% or higher in their final year of Highschool. Applicants may also be required to participate in an interview. Applicants are required to submit 2 reference letters 1 from a 4-H volunteer and the 2nd from an adult that has known the applicant for at least 2 years and is not a family member.
