The recipient is an outstanding student who has received a previous degree at a University in the province of Quebec and is entering any Simon Fraser University graduate program. One award is made. Tenure is for one year and may commence in any semester.
Selection is based on academic standing in secondary school and/ or post-secondary studies. Other factors may be taken into consideration such as participation in school activities, community involvement and demonstrated leadership qualities.
