Harry R. Bell, P.Eng., has endowed three scholarships of $1,150 each for outstanding undergraduates in Engineering. Preference is given to students in Civil Engineering who have demonstrated interest and accomplishment in surveying or related fields, such as mensuration, photogrammetry, air photo interpretation, remote sensing, or topographic and hydrographic surveying. If there are no qualified undergraduates, consideration is given to graduate students in Civil Engineering. The award is made on the recommendation of the joint recommendation of the Head of the Department of Civil Engineering and the Dean of Applied Science.
All students with greater than or equal to 4.0 admission average are eligible.
