Northern Interior Food Safe Council and the BC Restaurant and Food Services Association, North Central Branch, Endowment Bursaries
Through a donation to the Endowment Fund, these two organizations annually provide a bursary of $500 for a full time student in the Culinary Arts program. Along with a bursary application form, applicants must provide a copy of their Food Safe Level One certificate, and a personal letter demonstrating their personal commitment to the Food Safe program. Selection is based primarily on financial need, demonstrated commitment to the Food Safe Level One Program and satisfactory academic performance.
